My love letter to Greece

Welcome to my Blog!

My name is Stephanie Gray ( Paraschis) and I am Canadian born, but have always been Greek at heart. Even before I met my wonderful husband, I had been enchanted by the idea of Greece. Along with it’s beautiful white washed house and idyllic beach landscapes. Even today you will find a mix of both ancient and modern ways of living here.

I found myself working as an HR Consultant and while I was happy enough, I longed to spend more time in this gorgeous country, so we took the plunge and have been living here for about a year now and I am continually astounded by the mountainous landscapes, magnificent churches and the grace and kindness of the people here on the island.
